LED rental price: what changes the quotation?
LED screen rental is typically quoted for the complete installation, not simply the display panel. The main variables are screen area (width × height), indoor or outdoor use, pixel pitch, rental duration, rigging/support, access, transport, power and technician coverage. Request an itemized quotation so delivery, setup, dismantle and content processing are clear. No fixed public rate is quoted here because site requirements change the cost.
Choosing screen size for an exhibition or stage
Start with the usable installation width and height, the distance between your audience and the screen, and any venue restrictions. A 4 m × 3 m wall is 12 m²; a 6 m × 2.5 m wall is 15 m². Check that your chosen dimensions align with the cabinet grid and that the structure is approved for the site. Make sure the final artwork dimensions match the actual LED pixel resolution.
What is pixel pitch and how does it affect content?
Pixel pitch describes the distance between LED pixels. A smaller pitch provides more pixels per square metre. For example, a nominal P2.6 screen spans about 385 pixels per metre; a 4 m wide wall is approximately 1,540 pixels across, but the exact canvas must be calculated from the installed cabinets and receiving-card mapping. Ask the technical team for the exact content resolution before producing artwork.
Indoor, outdoor, curved and transparent LED
Indoor LED is commonly selected for exhibition stands, conference backdrops and stages. Outdoor LED needs the appropriate environmental protection, brightness and wind-rated support for the site. Curved LED is useful for immersive stages and unusual booth footprints. Transparent LED can retain sightlines through glass or open structures; confirm viewing conditions, transparency, mounting and sunlight exposure before selecting it.
Power, safety and setup
Provide the venue power distribution and available circuits before installation. Maximum power, average usage and electrical protection differ by cabinet, brightness and content. Large LED walls need safe structural support, cable routing and venue approval. Do not estimate rigging, suspension or electrical loads from screen area alone.
